Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, including our website host (Cloudflare), our email delivery provider (Resend), our email provider and our scheduling provider. Some of these may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for up to two years after our last contact, and client records for six years after a contract ends, unless a longer period is required by law.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email partnerships@ressettlab.com.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
